We offer a varied and interesting field of activity, which includes the independent management of administrative tasks. Due to your charming and winning appearance, our clients as well as our employees will find in you the contact person for a quality-conscious service on a very high level. In addition, you will take over deputies in case of absences in consultation with the team.

We offer a modern and appealing workplace in an international environment and are looking for a dynamic and communicative personality whose strengths lie in an independent, reliable and responsible operation as well as excellent manners. You are a service-oriented personality with phone operator and reception experience and are used to providing excellent service in a demanding environment (consulting or financial industry). Preferably, you have completed an apprenticeship as a Specialist in Hotel Housekeeping EFZ and have already gained professional experience in this field. If you can further communicate fluently in English and have a good knowledge of MS-Office, then we look forward to getting to know you.
