CAS award annulled for lack of jurisdiction

In a recently published French-language decision, the Swiss Supreme Court set aside a Court of Arbitration for Sport
(CAS) award for lack of jurisdiction under article 190(2)(b) of the Swiss Private International Law Act (PILA)).
