Anna Kozmenko spoke on a panel titled "Has arbitration lost its edge, and if so, how do we fix it? The length and costs of the arbitration proceedings" at the ATLAS Conference in Atlanta, USA.
The interactive session focused on issues related to the efficiency and cost of the arbitration process and touched on, among other aspects, costs, mitigating environmental impacts, use of expedited proceedings, advent and elaboration of video conferencing technology, and obtaining evidence from third parties.
