Daniela Dardel is a Counsel in our Private Wealth Group and the Dispute Resolution Group in Zurich. Her main areas of practice include domestic and international estate planning as well as trust and estate litigation. She specializes in the setting up and structuring of Swiss and foreign foundations, companies and trusts. As part of her practice, she advises individuals and institutions on legal issues related to art and cultural property. Her extensive professional experience in the media sector enables her to also involve strategic aspects such as communication and reputation.
