Potential inclusion into the Private Client Global Elite list (now run on an annual basis) is by invite submission only. From over thousands of applications submitted globally, only 254 nominees are selected for the final list via extensive research into each lawyers experience, expertise and peer nomination (including the number and quality of international nominations outside of the entrant's jurisdictions).

Bernard Vischer Manuel Liatowitsch and David Wallace Wilson are three of only 14 Swiss lawyers included in the overall list.
