Never before have there been as many corporate bankruptcies in Switzerland as in 2024. The 16th Swiss Conference on White-Collar Crime (WIST 16) takes up current developments and sheds light on the criminal prosecution of corporate collapses from various perspectives – from bankruptcy riding to start-ups and questions of responsibility in large companies.
