Schellenberg Wittmer advised Graphic Packaging Holding Company, a leading vertically-integrated provider of sustainable fiber-based consumer packaging solutions, on all Swiss law aspects of its $1.45 billion acquisition from CVC Funds of AR Packaging Group AB, Sweden, Europe's second largest producer of fiber-based consumer packaging. Completion is expected within the next four to six months, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
