As part of the session "Invest in Switzerland", Schellenberg Wittmer's presentation "From China to Switzerland – Legal Considerations for Foreign Investments" discussed and highlighted, among others, the investment environment in Switzerland and success story for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).

The China Outbound Investment Conference attracted over 385 delegates from key investment jurisdictions worldwide. Its aim was to gather prominent investment thought leaders and experts to share views on Chinese outbound investments across various jurisdictions alongside their respective technical opportunities and challenges.
