Katherine Bell was a panelist at an event organized by the IBA International Construction Projects Committee (ICP) during the IBA Annual Conference in Toronto. Katherine spoke on the topic of "risk allocation and force majeure revisited against the background of climate change and abnormal weather". Katherine currently acts as Co-Chair of the Dispute Resolution Subcommittee of the ICP.
