The transaction, worth approximately EUR 500 million, values Allwyn at EUR 11.2 billion at the end of 2024. Thanks to this transaction, J&T ARCH, with its JTFG Fund IV SICAV, will thereby participate in Allwyn's next growth phase while further diversifying its portfolio in the entertainment and gaming industry.
