Schellenberg Wittmer advises Falcon Private Bank regarding strategic investment into Move Digital

Falcon has entered into a strategic partnership with Move Digital, a best-in-class provider of digital asset management and investment advisory systems. Schellenberg Wittmer acted as legal counsel to Falcon.

Falcon Private Bank AG ("Falcon"), a Swiss private banking boutique with 50 years of expertise in wealth management for private clients and wealthy families, has entered into a strategic partnership with Move Digital ("Move"), a best-in-class provider of digital asset management and investment advisory systems.

The strategic partnership consists of a minority equity investment into Move and grants Falcon access to Move's sophisticated digital platform that uses technology to connect the investment products value chain in one powerful tool and provides intelligent and fast utilization of data, news, research and products. It will empower relationship managers to provide clients the next level of personalized advice based on leading technology. The investment is the first proof point of Falcon’s strategic repositioning that focuses on shaping a unique experience for a demanding community, empowered by individual excellence and world-class digital intelligence.
