Marcel Jakob specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions including asset deals and restructuring transactions. He advises entrepreneurs and startups as well as venture capital and private equity investors. Marcel has a focus on transactions involving targets in highly regulated industries (in particular financial institutions and life science companies) or with technology driven business models.

Daniela Dardel advises private clients in domestic and international estate planning matters as well as in trust and estate litigation. Her field of expertise further includes foundation law as well as art law. Her extensive professional experience in the media sector enables her to also guide clients on aspects relating to communication and reputation.

Joane Etienne specializes in banking & finance and investment management, in particular in asset management and collective investment schemes, financial market regulations, anti-money laundering, sustainable finance and corporate law. She advises clients on structuring their business, implementing and complying with regulatory requirements, setting up investment structures, financing transactions, as well as automatic exchange of information and FATCA.
