Nadine Wipf is Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution Group in Zurich. Her main areas of practice are domestic and international arbitration and commercial litigation. She advises and represents individuals and entities at all stages of the dispute resolution process.

Experience

  • Has acted as counsel, sole arbitrator, and tribunal secretary in various commercial arbitration proceedings, both ad hoc and institutional (in particular, under the Swiss, ICC, DIS and VIAC Rules)
  • Has represented clients in litigation proceedings before Swiss courts, including before the Swiss Supreme Court
