Our Mergers & Acquisitions group assists corporates, private equity firms, family offices and entrepreneurs on takeovers, buy-outs, divestitures, carve-out transactions, restructurings and other complex cross-border and domestic transactions, as well as institutional investors and founders in venture capital financing rounds. Our group is supported by market-leading specialists in all critical areas of corporate and M&A transactions. We operate in a wide range of industry sectors, on the buy-side and the sell-side in both private and public M&A.

This position is based in our Geneva office and involves transactions nationwide.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements and have the following skills:

• You are a Swiss-qualified lawyer;

• You already specialized in corporate law / M&A with a few years of prior experience, preferably in a law firm;

• You are fluent in English and in French and have a good command of the German language; and

• You have excellent academic qualifications and references.
