BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, and J.P. Morgan Securities acted as joint lead managers in the successful inaugural placement in Switzerland of six tranches of bonds issued by Amazon with a total principal amount of CHF 2.820 billion.
Schellenberg Wittmer's team consisted of Philippe Borens (Partner, overall lead), Fabio Elsener, Dominic Wälchli and Rafaele Perot (all Capital Markets) as well as Roland Wild (Tax).
