Schellenberg Wittmer advises OC Oerlikon on new bond issuance

Schellenberg Wittmer advised OC Oerlikon as lead counsel on its placement of CHF 350 million dual-tranche senior unsecured bonds.

OC Oerlikon, a global leader in surface technologies, has successfully placed two series of senior unsecured bonds consisting of CHF 150 million 1.375% bonds due in 2028 and CHF 200 million 2.000% bonds due in 2030. Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG, Commerzbank, Zürcher Kantonalbank and UBS Investment Bank acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners on the offering. DBS Bank Ltd acted as co-manager on the offering.
