Florian Angstmann is a Senior Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in Zurich. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, including private equity transactions, buy-and-build strategies, strategic acquisitions and disposals, as well as management buyouts. He advises private equity investors, strategic buyers and sellers, companies, shareholders and other investors throughout the entire transaction process, from structuring and due diligence to contract drafting, negotiations and closing. His transactional experience spans a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on life sciences and healthcare, technology, as well as industrial and consumer goods. In addition to his transactional practice, Florian Angstmann advises companies, boards of directors and shareholders on corporate and commercial law matters, including corporate governance, shareholder and participation structures, as well as commercial agreements. Florian Angstmann holds a Master of Arts HSG in Law from the University of St. Gallen and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2019. He has further strengthened his transactional expertise by completing a CAS in M&A and Corporate Law at the University of Zurich and a CAS Certified Global Negotiator at the University of St. Gallen.
