Gabriela Svalduz is a Counsel in our Zurich office. Her specialization is white-collar crime, in particular high-stakes domestic and cross-border litigation, asset recovery, internal investigations and compliance, including in the field of DLT technologies and Cybercrime. As a lawyer and former public prosecutor, she advises and represents her international clients before the prosecution authorities and the courts. Her practice also includes advising clients on the prevention of criminal liability.
