Die per 1. Januar 2022 in Kraft getretene Revision des Kartellgesetzes führt neue Regeln für Unternehmen mit relativer Marktmacht ein. Relative Marktmacht wird angenommen, wenn andere Unternehmen keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten haben und abhängig sind. Diese Unternehmen haben Sonderpflichten z.B. in Bezug auf Belieferungen von Schweizer Kunden im Ausland, Diskriminierung zwischen Geschäftspartnern und die Beendigung von Verträgen.
