Nicolas Candaux joins Schellenberg Wittmer as a Partner

Schellenberg Wittmer is pleased to announce that Nicolas Candaux will join our firm as a Partner in our Tax Group in Geneva, effective 17 August 2026. Nicolas is a highly regarded attorney and certified tax expert. With his arrival, the firm further strengthens its ability to advise corporations, entrepreneurs, family offices and private clients on complex Swiss and international tax matters.

Nicolas Canda ux has over 15 years of experience advising Swiss and international clients across the full spectrum of tax law. He regularly assists families and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) with estate and succession planning, relocation to Switzerland, asset protection and wealth structuring through trusts, private foundations and investment vehicles. Nicolas Candaux also advises corporations on tax issues related to M&A transactions, group reorganizations and the implementation of employee incentive plans. He has extensive experience negotiating advance tax rulings with the Swiss tax authorities and frequently represents clients in tax disputes and mutual assistance proceedings.
