He regularly assists families and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) with estate and succession planning, relocation to Switzerland, asset protection and wealth structuring through trusts, private foundations and investment vehicles. Nicolas Candaux also advises corporations on tax issues related to M&A transactions, group reorganizations and the implementation of employee incentive plans. He has extensive experience negotiating advance tax rulings with the Swiss tax authorities and frequently represents clients in tax disputes and mutual assistance proceedings.
