Schellenberg Wittmer advises BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA in the placement of Equinix' debut Swiss bond issuance.

BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA acted as Swiss paying agent and, together with Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, acting through Deutsche Bank AG Zurich Branch, as joint lead managers in the successful placement of CHF 300 million 2.875% bonds due 2028 issued by Equinix Europe 1 Financing Corporation LLC. The bonds are guaranteed by Equinix, Inc. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP acted as US counsel to BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA. Homburger AG and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP acted as counsel to the issuer and the guarantor.
